Description

The Universal In-Line Bacteria Filter is used as an outlet filter. It is placed between the outlet on the machine and the hose/tubing. This filter will NOT fit between the CPAP machine and a heated hose.  If using a heated hose, will need to fit the bacteria filter between the mask and the hose.

It is designed to filter the air as it leaves the machine before it reaches your mask.

This added filter used in conjunction with your machine's pollen and particle filters help insure that the air you receive through your mask is as pure and clean as possible.

  • Filters out 96% of particles at 0.3 micron size
  • Greatly reduce symptoms for allergy sufferers

This filter may have an impact on the ability of any Auto Adjusting CPAP to accurately respond to airflow restrictions during use. If the average treatment pressure is below a pressure of 7cm H2O this should not be used.

Product should be replaced every 30 days.

NOTE:  It is not recommended to use the Bacteria Filter when using an Auto CPAP as it can interfere with the APAPs ability to deliver the correct pressure due to airflow restriction.
