RETURN POLICY
CPAPS, ETC will accept any return purchase within 15 days of the original ship date only on unopened items. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and subtracted from your refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will need to call or email our office for an RMA number on all products returned for refund. Refunds will only be made once we have received and inspected the product(s). If you have any questions, please call us at (888) 663-1571 or email us at info@cpapsetc.com.
If within 72 hours of receipt of your product you discover a manufacturer defect that cannot be resolved after contacting CPAPS, ETC., we will issue an RMA number for you to return the item to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will not be covered by CPAPS, ETC. Upon inspection it is determined that the defect cannot be corrected, we will ship out a replacement at no cost to you. No substitutes allowed.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
In the event you experience a malfunction of your equipment ( CPAP, APAP, BIPAP ) , please contact us at (888) 663-1571 to determine if the machine is under manufacturer’s warranty. If so, we will issue an RMA number for return to our office. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty returns. The unit will be sent to the manufacturer or authorized repair center for repair or replacement. It is the sole decision of the manufacturer regarding warranty issues. Any determined misuse of the product will void the warranty. Should your machine be out of warranty or the warranty has been voided due to misuse, we will inform you of the cost(s) to repair. Repair costs must be collected prior to the machine repair. If you should decide not to have the unit repaired, we will return your machine to you. Repairs can take up to 4 weeks. We do have Rental Machines available for use during the repair period. Contact customer service for information regarding the use of Rental Machines.
We can also assist you in the event your product is no longer under manufacturer warranty. Call or email us regarding any non-warranty repairs and we can help facilitate the process.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service such as Fed Ex or UPS and insure your package if appropriate. CPAPS, ETC. will not be responsible for your returns if not received by us.
