Broke my CPAP packed in my suitcase. Out of town. Visiting. Called a few places. Not only did other stores/people not have what I needed but they didn’t even know what I was talking about. That was not the case with this business. They were super friendly on the phone.Same price that was listed on the Internet. I will sleep well tonight.

I stopped in for the first time needing a part for a very old CPAP machine. I expected to be told I should buy a new one (and I should!), but instead Roddy said he probably had the part because "I make it a point to keep all parts in stock". Lo and behold, he had it! There was no up-sell, no pressure, just instant service. And the part was inexpensive.
