ResMed AirCurve™ 11 VAUTO BiLevel Machine with HumidAir™

With a goal to keep the airway open, the AirCurve™ 11 VAuto is designed to create an open, unobstructed path for better quality sleep throughout the night.

It is a bilevel device, meaning it provides two levels of support—one for inhalation, called inspiratory positive airway pressure (IPAP) and one for exhalation, called expiratory positive airway pressure (EPAP). 

This technology aligns more closely with your natural breathing pattern to ensure a more comfortable sleeping experience and help those that find it challenging to adapt to CPAP therapy. It can be difficult to breathe against a continuous flow of air, especially if those pressures must be higher to open your airway. By utilizing the EPAP setting, it is much easier to exhale against the incoming flow of air pressure.

VAUTO ALGORITHM

VAuto features the Easy-Breathe waveform and renowned ResMed AutoSet™ algorithm - a widely clinically studied algorithm in the field of sleep-disordered breathing (SDB). VAuto continually monitors your unique breathing pattern on a breath-by-breath basis. The algorithm makes automatic adjustments to treat you effectively and in the most comfortable way throughout the night. Working in sync with TiControl™, Vsync ensures patient-device synchrony even in conditions of high leak.

FEATURES:

Auto EPAP - Min EPAP and Max IPAP set the pressure ranges in which the AutoSet algorithm can operate in response to flow limitation, snore, and obstructive apneas. This ensures that you only receive the amount of pressure needed to optimize therapy.

Pressure Support - Pressure support sets the difference between inspiratory and expiratory pressure and is fixed throughout the night.  This allows the VPAP to automatically decrease the pressure upon exhalation at a pre determined rate that is comfortable for you.

Cycle Sensitivity - The default cycle sensitivity setting is appropriate for most patients. However, for patients who might exhibit discomfort and synchrony challenges, trigger
sensitivity can be adjusted to support initiation of IPAP with less patient effort. For patients who experience excessive or unintentional leak, cycle sensitivity enables fine-tuned sensing of the completion of the breath or patient exhalation.

Integrated Humidifier - Prevent and mitigate dryness from your VPAP with the integrated humidifier, featuring multiple levels of customizable humidification. Add optional ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tubing to unlock Climate Control to maintain the perfect level of relative humidity all night long.

Automatic Software Updates - The AirCurve 11 uses included cellular service to perform regular updates. These updates may include security patches, feature updates, software fixes, and new features. Cellular service is also used to transmit therapy data to your healthcare provider or employer for compliance reporting.

myAir - AirCurve 11 VAuto and ASV* offer myAir, an online support program and app that helps you track your therapy progress with a daily sleep score and receive encouragement along the way. It’s like having your own personal sleep coach.^‡ Through myAir or your AirCurve 11 machine, Care Check-In asks you questions and, with your permission, shares your responses with your care team to better help them support your therapy journey.**
