The Royal Crown ChinStrap is used to hold the mouth and jaw closed while sleeping to help eliminate both oral and nasal dryness.
A ChinStrap can also be used in Sleep Therapy for those whose mouths tends to drop open while sleeping. For CPAP users, if you are able to keep the mouth closed while sleeping you could use only a nasal type CPAP mask rather than a Full Face Mask that covers the mouth.
