Description
The Amara View Full Face Mask with Headgear produced by Phillips Respironics features a mask constructed with lightweight materials and does not use a forehead support. The absence of this support opens the field of vision to the CPAP user. This mask seals around the mouth and nose with the assistance of a nostril opening in the cushion. The under-nose cushion is a rectangular opening designed for comfort and support.
Other features of the Amara View Full Face Mask include quick release headgear clips, swivel elbow connection, and adjustable headgear. The quick release headgear clips can be easily removed by simply rotating the clip and lifting the strap away from the mask.
Phillips Respironics built a short tube for the Amara View Full Face Mask that connects the front of the mask frame with one end of the CPAP tubing. Attach the connected elbow to the mask frame and secure the swivel to the CPAP tubing.
A universal mask frame is a convenience factor on the Amara View Full Face Mask allowing the patient to easily replace the compatible cushions when needed. The cushions range in sizes including small, medium, and large and will fit the universal mask frame.
