The DreamWear Nasal CPAP Mask produced by Phillips Respironics incorporates a minimalist design by merging the tube and frame together. 

This tube like frame will deliver air flow directly to the nasal cushion which allows the mask to have less contact with the face when compared to other CPAP masks.
